The evil one

"Get rid of all the things that can stop u from getting close to God"

It's impossible to stop sinning...coz we aren't perfect.
But we should strive to minimise it

However, what if there is one that u know u can stop...but at the same time u dun know how to?
Caught in between
That is where i am.

It's hard growing up
Life is not about exams, girlfriends, school holidays and tuition classes anymore

It's about the rat race
It's about how to survive in this 'world'

Money which did not use to be THAT important now seems crucial
Cars, houses, family
How to own one when u dun have the evil one - money?

And so I pray.
Guide me, teach me, help me.

All these thoughts running thru my head..
All these uncertainties
All these hopes and wishes

Only You can see
Only You can understand

Hold me close.
Lead me.
Teach me.

God's Chisel

"They are rejecting God
Not you."

Certain things happened this week which makes me feeling rejected
But I recalled what Weng Onn told me once
"They are not rejecting you, they are rejecting God."

As a defence, we don't fight back
Coz if we do, we actually make things worse
Instead, we pray that God will work in their hearts
Soften their hearts, and make them see.

I haven't.

But I am thankful that God has sent so many angels to support me...
To keep me in check
And to encourage me

I shall read my Daily Bread every night (since morning is such a rush)

I am looking forward to the church camp!!!
I miss DCMC camps!!!

I hate to make decisions
Esp when things are going all "fine"...
I hate to throw peebles into still water

Coz in the end... I will be the one feeling guilty and at blame
